Recipes from this weekend:


The party was a ton of fun, and the food turned out great. Here are some of the recipes:

Mango-curry shrimp salad in wonton wrappers. I used green curry simmer sauce and Mango ginger chutney from Trader Joe's. Using those ingrediants, I would probably cut back on the mayo next time around. Who needs mayo with such other tasty ingrediants to hold the salad together?!

The cherry chocolate chip cookie recipe came from this months' Bon Appetite. I will post it as soon as it is available on-line.

And here's the crab dip. Simple, and a hit every time. Feel free to use way more old bay and tabassco than the recipe calls for!
